On July 12,1962, the Rolling Stones gave their first concert in London at the Marquee Club. Fifty years later, Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Charlie Watts and Ron Wood caused a sensation by giving five anniversary concerts in London and the United States in November and December 2012. Now, on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the first Rolling Stones concert, Original Editions is publishing The Rolling Stones live - 50th Anniversary. It is a superb collector's piece in giant format, published as a limited edition of just 1000 copies, each individually numbered. The book is a compilation of many previously unpublished photographs of the band's early performances as well as their London and New York concerts in 2012. This rich collection of illustrations, selected by photographers Philippe Auliac and Philippe Guersan, is complemented by a bilingual (English/French) text written by the author and journalist Christophe Geudin.
