1976 ROLLING STONES COMMEMORATIVE SET

The 1976 Knebworth Fair featured the Rolling Stones (playing their longest set ever) 10cc, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Todd Rundgren, Hot Tuna, Don Harrison Band.
The Commemorative set devoted to this unique event and produced in a limited edition of 200 contains:
The programme, flyer and ticket all designed by Storm Thorgerson of Hipgnosis
12 8”x 6” photos of Mick Jagger and the Rolling Stones including many in colour.
A 330 page book on the behind the scenes hassles of promoting the Knebworth festivals from 1974-79. The title of the book was taken from graffiti written on the steps leading up to the stage by Peter Rudge, the Rolling Stones manager at that time.
A copy of the Licensing Officers report on the event, which is both very amusing and highly informative.
6 CDs and 3 DVDs from the 1976 festival.

Questo cofanetto....anzi sarebbe meglio chiamarlo cofanone, ce l'ho da anni.....Jacopo dovresti saperlo perche in passato l'ho prestato a tuo papa'.....non e' che mi abbia molto entusiasmato......innanzittutto tutti i cd sono cd-r.......spero per Olia che questa nuova edizione sia stampata con tutti i crismi.....l'unica differenza che noto e' che la mia confezione e' azurra e questa e' rossa.

Basta quella versione di Wild Horses ! Mi piace da matti ! Peccato che almeno nelle registrazioni che ho io quella sera i tecnici del suono erano più fatti degli Stones, ma ci sono versioni meravigliose, come Little Red Rooster.
