Evito di aprire un nuovo argomento, volevo solo dirvi, lo saprete già, che alla Feltrinelli Milano sotto la galleria, ho trovato diversi dvd Stones: ho preso saitama 2006 e argentina 2006 a bigger bang tour. Devo ancora vederli, poi vi dico.

Ma Rosso.........arrivi con 6 anni di ritardo.....dai , da te non me lo aspettavo che non conoscessi gia' a menadito questi 2 concerti mitici anche per la qualita' audio e video....
Cmq rock'n roll lo stesso , ma preparati un po' meglio!!! |

Isy, dei Rolling non si conosce mai tutto abbastanza, cmq non comprateli sono scadenti non hanno neanche l'interattivo e i bonus. Ho comprato male, si vede che quel giorno avevo bevuto piu' del solito.....Barbera!!!!!

Gran bel concerto questo.
Ricordo pero' che Ron Wood parlo' male della esibizione di Mick Taylor, il quale non conosceva gli stacchi oltre che alcune canzoni suonate durante il concerto. Lo stesso Bill ricordo' di non riuscire a sentire il suo basso completamente vinto da quel muro di suono prodotto dalle 4 chitarre  |

Ma questa cosa che ha scritto Leeds sul concerto di Kansas '81, non la sapevo.......sara' una stupidata ma non la sapevo. E ho imparato una nuova piccola cosa sugli Stones |

Another notable performance during the tour was the 14 December performance at
Cita: Kansas City's Kemper Arena. Previous Stones lead guitarist Mick Taylor joined the band for a large part of the performance.Ronnie Wood was not happy with the Taylor's appearance, however: "[He was] bulldozing through parts of songs that should have been subtle, ignoring breaks and taking uninvited solos. da: Sandford, Mick Jagger: Rebel Knight, p. 282. Cita: In an interview Ron Wood said "Taylor played too loud and played guitarsolos when nobody asked him" Taylor played from Black Limo to YCAGWYW and returned for Satisfaction. He played through one of the bands Boogie MK 1's that was placed behind Ian McLagan, about 10 meters from Taylor. The amp was miked and fed to the PA, as can be heard on both the audience and SB tape. According to Taylor, because his amp was so far away he had to turn it up completely to hear himself as he wasn't on the monitors. This caused him to feedback at times, and this was what pissed Keith off. Taylor stated that they ended the show in good spirits, so Wood's comments about Keith wanting to hit Taylor are in typical Ronnie Wood style. According to Taylor it was Jagger's plan to reinvite Taylor for the Hampton PPV, but this was vetoed by Richards. And to add: if you are in a profesional band it is fairly common that someone from the band or from the soundcrew adjust the volume or tone of your amp. As a player you normally only hear at the spot you are standing, and you normally don't have a clue how it sounds in the room or on the other site of the stage. To get mad when someone wants to improve the overal sound is fairly selfish. Ricordo un'intervista a Ronnie che parlò di quel concerto e disse che "Taylor aveva il volume troppo alto e Keith continuava ad abbassarglielo ma Taylor lo rialzava, ad un certo punto ho pensato che Keith gli spaccasse la chitarra in testa da come lo guardava, non so come hanno fatto a suonare assieme per 5 anni".
